J.k. thank you for response. The problem is, the PUA claim is considered active so currently no way to appeal the disqualification of funds. I've tried discussing it with them and most were very helpful but the accountant specialist just pawned me off to the fraud department, and the fraid department didnt even look up my info just accused me of fraud and said I lied on application, she claimed that on the claim for it states, "are you physically able and willing to work, in the u tied states," I went back and double checked the form and no where does it say in the united states. So I took screen shots of my claim. And messaged them for clarification. So I'm waiting for a response and so reached out to a non profit unemployment lawyer, and waiting for clarification. I have a feeling im.gonna have to call back the UI office until someone will discuss how I can appeal this.

    Thank.you again.

I am a 1099 employee in washington state. I filed for the pua claim. My job is all contract work and I travel for the job. I am currently oit of country as all my jobs have cancelled until august, and my parent live out of country so I can to check on them.. my UI claim was denied which it should have been as I dont qualify for normal UI benefits. My PUA claim was excepted and paid. I then go a notification on the UI claim, not the PUA that I was out of country, so my UI claim was denied. But the PUA is still active. I then when I looked at my PUA paid money it was disqualified. I understand a normal employee must be in the US but as 1099 contracting and residency in washington my job is not normal. Is there a way to dispute this? What does the PUA claim entitle. Since my job is a 1099 and it is all travel, I am able to work from anywhere in the world as long as I can get on a plane. Any help is appreciated. Also was told.by washington state that the requirement is to be in the US bit I can find no statue in thier laws that says this, and also no reference on any of the application or weekly claim form. Thank you
