    This person did this 4/11

This was the second that happened:

When checking the status It says

    Payment Status Not Available

According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time.

This was the first that happened when completed:

when checking the status under the Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info section where it says check e-file status with a green check it says

Congratulations, the IRS has accepted your return.

The IRS will process this information and determine your eligibility for the Economic Impact Payment.

    No further action is necessary.

If you haven't already, it's always a good idea to print a copy of your return for your records. Note: If you print your return, you'll see $1 values added to some fields. This is a requirement for the IRS to process your submission. You can ignore these amounts.

The person did put their information into the non-filer with 0 gross income because permanent total disability through Worker Comp is not taxable.

should the person go back and put in what they get from Workers Comp because it doesn’t give you the option to state the source of income?

This is what it’s saying when they check the status

    Payment Status Not Available

According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time.

I would like to know if an individual who receive Permanent total disability through workers conversation is eligible to receive a stimulus check?

No one has been able to assist me including BWC or SSA

The person does not file taxes because the income is not taxable, no one can file them, and they have no dependents.
