The 3rd stimulus bill recently signed into law didn't just include an additional stimulus check for most Americans. In addition to that (and a number of other things) it also included an extension of a 15% increase in monthly Food Stamp benefits through September, 2021. That averages out to an additional $25/month per person in a household, which would add up to an extra $100/month for a family of four.
I'm really happy our leaders included this provision in the bill because it will hopefully help ease the burden of millions of Americans worrying about having enough food on the table.
