checks lost in the mail.

    My check was to be mailed on May the 4th. That's what the get my payment said. Still haven't received nothing. my wife got her check mailed out on the 1st. She got hers 3 says later.I don't know what's going on. I'm stressing over it. I think it either got lost in the mail or got sent back to the IRS. tryed calling no answer. please can someone help me.

    Is there a possibility it got sent to the wrong address? Have you checked to ensure the IRS has your current address? If you have and they do, I'm at a loss. Really the only thing you can do is try to reach out to them and hopefully they eventually give you an answer.

    My stimulus check was mailed on April 24 an still haven't received it.anyone else having this issue

    The IRS comes back to work the first week of June. You can call them then. I know I"am.

    My check was scheduled to be mailed on April 24, I still have not received it, but I did get the letter for it a few days ago. I'm confused about how im supposed to get it because it says payment will be a check/debit card. How am I going to be getting it? Check, or debit card? Why haven't I gotten it yet?

    May 16th. I have not received my payment. The portal keeps saying “our records don’t match”?? I gave no way of checking what’s wrong. Nothing has changed for me in 20 years!!???

    Haven't heard of anyone getting a debit card in the mail, only a check, so it should be a paper check.

    I still haven't received my check either but I did talk to someone at the IRS office when they first open and they told me that my check was still out in the mail somewhere so I don't know where it's at I've been trying to call them again now they won't give me any information anymore I don't know what I'm going to do going a little bit crazy here not knowing where my check is at at least I know it hasn't been cashed thank God

    My fiancee is having problems too...he has been on SSI for over a year with deposit to a Direct Express Card... SSI recipients are supposed to receive their stimulus check the same way they receive their monthly benefits... But on the get my payment portal it says he was being mailed out a check on May 15th... Still have not received a check but I'm wondering if he has a Direct Express Card why he's getting sent out a check...

    Th is is crazy that so many of us are having problems. Yet so many around us are getting theirs. My dad is on ss and still hasn’t gotten his either. I don’t understand if mine was mailed back in April why it’s not here. I’m worried we may never get it.

    I just called the IRS and spoke with somebody my check has just got it mailed out May 18th they never mailed out my check May 4th so y'all need to call down there to do the number and find out what's going on with your hours checks if you have to beg them cuz that's what I had to do I had to literally beg them to help me I was just blessed that I got somebody to help me
