Missing direct deposit

    Same here DD for 4/29 still nothing,can't understand why this hasn't been addressed with so many of us having the same dates!please someone give us some answers!

    I had a direct deposit day of April 29. Its now May 20 and I haven't received anything and the "Get my payment " website still says it was deposited April 29. I've checked to make sure I don't owe anything.

    I also received my letter on May 14 stating my stimulus check was deposited April 29

    California: I'm bee n on SSDI and Retirement for years. IRS gave instructions for non filers on how to give the banking information, but then I found and read those who receive SSDI and SSI and Retirement that been receiving there automatic deposits from Social Security, that IRS will get there information from them and will automatically deposit the stimulus payment. If information was in before May 13 or 15,2020, WELL I still not receive my stimulus payment yet. My last Parent I took care of to passed away Oct. 2019, the home had to be sold for family member. And it left us home less that why I wanted my payment deposit into my account. And because this COVID19 it's been diffcult to find a permanent place to live with medical conditions. And need the payments to help get into place. With requirements that's owners of the apts to rent wanting alot of money this stimulus payments is deeply needed. Please reply but.

    I have been having the same issue. I received a letter stating my DD was scheduled for 4/29/2020. The get my payment app says it was deposited on 4/29/2020. I have been in touch with my bank and they said nothing has come through for deposit.

    It has been a month and still says it was DD on 4/29/2020.

    Somehow the IRS has my mailing address as my email address without the (@) or the (.)com .

    So the only way to use the get my payment is to use the email address straight thru as an address, but it still has my city, state and zip, and I received the letter from the IRS that way.

    I went in and changed the information weeks ago and it is still not letting me sign in using the correct address info.

    My banking account is correct I have triple triple checked it and everything else.

    I can't reach anyone at the IRS.

    For those saying that they owe child support, I read on the website they are waiving that and it shouldn't hold up your payment, though they may be able to take it once it is deposited into your account.

    Who do we contact to find out where our payment is?

    I have been blaming the bank for rejecting it because they can't seem to put together that my legal name is Debra and somehow they have my account name in Debi. So, if they reject it due to that I will change banks. But they did say it hasn't even come thru or they would have put a note on the account that it was rejected and why.

    So, here were are, broke, unemployed, and no EIP!! And, no one to help us!

    The IRS obviously aren't updating the websites daily like they say or they would see the address correction on my account!

    This is so very frustrating and disgusting!

    The IRS is useless and refuse to help anyone!

    We can't even report an issue?!

    My sister and I applied on May 4th and 6th respectively and we both have dd through NetSpend, she received her payment 2 weeks ago, she never even checked the portal, I have been checking it daily said supposed to be deposited on 5-28 but NOTHING

    Mine was supposed to be deposited on my direct express card which wasn't had it going to a account number I don't even know where is my check coming to

    I'm having similar is portal says DD was scheduled For 5/6, I've checked with bank several times and there was never any attempt to deposit from IRS, so where do we go from here

    Direct deposit scheduled for May 20, 20 using GreenDot... Still nothing...can't reach a live person with neither one... SO FRUSTRATING

    Didn't get money in bank with direct deposit yet!
