I was hired at a small office in Feb 2020 and then March, we shut down with the rest of the world. During 2019, I finished my bachelors degree (started in Fall of 2018, so I was very busy with school) and I have no work hours for 2019. Does anyone know how apply for unemployment benefits with this little of work?

You might qualify for unemployment under the new guidelines. Many states aren't requiring work history as they normally would. Would recommend filing for unemployment on Washington State's website as soon as you can. Their main page walks you through the process.
