Still waiting on unemployment Beni fits

    Okay so my unemployment deposit says it was processed on 4//13/2020 I did recieve the extra 600$ but still haven’t received my normal benefits. I live in Georgia and recieve it on my way2go card that they provide. Has anyone else had this problem?

    From what I understand, they send them separately. So if you already got the $600, just be patient. The state benefit should be coming soon. Doesn't hurt to try and reach out to your state's unemployment about it, but it will be really hard to get someone to respond right now with a pretty overwhelmed system. If you don't get it after a week though, that's when I would start to reach out in earnest.

    Yes I have reached out lol and you are correct. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone. I’ve sent emails and left voicemails so I guess it’s just a waiting game.

    I feel you because I was told that someone would call me back and I haven't heard from anyone. I've sent emails also.

    Oh I got an email that said do not send multiple emails or leave multiple voicemails. That is all I heard. This is the first time my deposit has been late.

    When I finally found a link to check the status of UI/TA payments, It says my request for payment was received, but could not be paid. Go to MY UI(ht

    and thats how it stops, I've tried seasrching everything. THe letter I received in the mail broke down my payments, and didn't say anything about being denied, so if anyone else has been through this please, HELP

    I get the same message Pearl. I finally got a return call yesterday and the guy couldn't give me a straight answer. Two weeks ago I was supposed to have a decision made and paid this past week. Now the gentleman just guessed by the end of next week, then he said by the end of the month. I lost my job Feb 3 and got the letter in the mail that gave me my benefit amount and length of benefits on Feb 9. I didn't make my first claim until the middle of March though. It's getting bad now. I have $30 in my bank account. It's getting ridiculous.
