After some questionable actions form Hilary over the summer, she needs to use this debate as a chance to win back some of her supporters. The email scandal made her not as desirable as she was before, which pushed her poll numbers down significantly. There is no doubt that Hilary is quite good on the debate stage. Though this year round will prove to be a bit more difficult to her.
Not only will the email controversy be brought up, but she will have to come face to face with Bernie Sanders. I do not think Sanders will throw it in her face, but I do think he will bring it up if necessary to diverge the conversation. That is a pretty strong arrow he has at his disposal. There is also Clinton's back and forth on policies that will most likely be a key towards her in this debate.
Clinton's other biggest threat is, Martin O'Malley. He needs nothing more than a big night. As someone who is stuck in the single digits, I feel like there is something that will come from him tonight that has been cooked up. There has to be. If not, I don't see his support going any further. With the other big names like Clinton and Sanders in the mix, his name will be drowned out if something doesn't happen soon.
How do you see the debate going? Honestly, I see it going Sanders way.
