  I am a senior residing in Canada, and draw an income through Social Security. I have been paying for Medicare A & B for over 20 years, and have never made any claims. I am disabled and travel is very challenging and wonder if there are benefits I might qualify for without having to return to the U.S. I could sure use some assistance in the purchase of a power wheel chair. Any thoughts?
